About the Founder
Jimmy Lugo Guerrero, CEO and founder of ITER, is an international education expert with extensive experience as a student in Canada. His personal experience adapting to a new culture and educational system inspired him to create ITER, a platform designed to help other students transition smoothly into their new academic and personal life abroad.
With a degree in social communication and a master’s degree in international relations from Columbia University, Jimmy has worked in the fields of education and international cooperation, always with the goal of improving educational opportunities for students. He recently completed his doctorate in international education, further solidifying his commitment to guiding international students towards academic and personal success. Currently based in Toronto, Canada, he continues to work to make ITER a key tool for helping students integrate into their new environment.
