- Must have been taken within the last three months.
- Must have a white background.
- Must measure 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm.
- Must be taken facing forward with a neutral expression.
- The head must be completely uncovered, except for religious reasons.
- It can be taken with a phone but must be clear, undistorted, and meet specific requirements.
